These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mibolabs.com and the products offered by MiBo Labs LLC, including Ordyn+, WhatsApp Referral, and PetFinder (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

MiBo Labs designs, develops, and operates software products, including SaaS platforms and mobile applications. Individual products (such as Ordyn+, WhatsApp Referral, and PetFinder) may be subject to additional product-specific terms provided within those products.

8. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of our Services may require payment or a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented at the point of purchase within the relevant product.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MiBo Labs LLC, its members, and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
14. Changes to These Terms
